Very friendly and helpful staff. They talked to me (being a woman) with great respect, not like many other mechanics who talk to woman like we don't know anything about cars. They really listened to all I had to say. They are top of the line people. Overall i had an amazing experience.
I really felt like I was listened to when explaining the issue i was experiencing. In addition the communication I was provided was beyond my expectations. This was my first time visiting with Service Street and after several months and several visits to various mechanics the problem I was facing was finally resolved. Amazing how All I needed was an emission inspection on a perfectly functioning automobile. Young man proceeded to tell me "their is a communication problem between the computer and your car and it won't pass." However they would be willing to "hook" up the diagnostic computer to the car to "see" what the problem could be. Only charge a mere $130 to "check" it out. No thanks...and as the car is driven out, mysteriously the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is ON. It definitely was NOT on prior to them attempting to inspect the car. ALSO AMAZING, how the car was taken to our trusted mechanic with different outcome. What do you think? My review: Do not take your car here for ANY REASON.

I have been coming to service street for many years I have seen many faces. It's always scary when changes are made I felt a little out of place, but the new manager Jason was great made me feel right at home! Looked over my vehicle for the concerns I had not only were the fast and efficient they prioritized what needed to be done now and what could wait. Very flexible on the price and were willing to help me to stay in my budget. They provided me with a ride home and even delivered my car once finished.
