So I take my car to Autobell on the way home so I can have a nice clean car for the holiday and they give it back to me with the paint scraped off of the front bumper . They were so busy no one was stopping the cars when they came out of the auto wash and the truck in front of mine came out and ran into a metal sign and was finally stopped by the curb then my car came out and ran into the back of his nearly pushing his over the curb and down the hill. Do you know after causing this damage to my car and even more to the other guys truck they refused to refund our car wash fee! I had purchased a 2 wash deal and I made the guy pay me out of his pocket at least for the second wash that I would not be using. I will be calling corporate on Monday to get the other half refunded or at least make someone's day really miserable. It is not about the $20 it is the principle of the thing. What terrible service. Plus after all of that the cleaning job was terrible. There was dirt all over my passenger seat and i had to make them go back and vacuum it again. Then the smudges they left all over the windows and mirrors were aweful. I had my son reclean them when i got home.
Some of the staff are nice, but definitely way over priced for the poor quality job they do. Not only did they not dry the door jams or trunk, they didn't even clean the seats even though it is included in the package.
The Manager is very defensive and definitely needs a PR class.
The employees are nice enough, but even with very few cars there they rushed the work and the results show it. Overall they're okay if you want your car lightly cleaned. If you are particular about the results I would go elsewhere.
Save your money and go somewhere else if you want a decent car wash.
Very good job. Vacuumed, washed windows,hand dried even around the seats and washed the floor mats separately.
Way overpriced and they don't even vacuum your car. I paid $10 granted it's not the elite wash but still, other car washes give you more bang for your buck. Not going back.
