I have been bringing my son here for 5 years. Today we were running late for our appointment so I called to let them know. They informed me that since I didn't confirm his appointment they didn't have him on the schedule anymore. Really? I made the appointment, if I don't cancel it then I intend to keep it! Then when I arrive, the lady I spoke to at the desk was very unconcerned and could care less why we were running late or that I took off work to get my son to the dentist. She berated me for at least 5 minutes about their confirmation policy and how late I was. Then she tells me that they will work him in but it might be 40 minutes before they can. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because they actually called him back in 20 minutes. I work with the public and appointments all day at my job. The way this lady spoke to me was NOT the way to treat clients if you expect them to come back! We will be going somewhere else from here on out.
I love how organized this dentistry is. My children are always happy to come here! They showed them how to brush and floss their teeth properly. The staff is super friendly and made my youngest son feel at ease when he was nervous.
Office penalize the parent because they didn't do their job. Staff say insurance have to be verified before appointment, if thats the case then staff need to contact the parents in advance to confirm insurance information. I will be looking for anothet children's dentist.
First, let me just say I do not like having to write bad reviews, but I must get this off my chest as I am extremely pissed. I had been bringing my now 13 and 11 year old to this location since they were toddlers. With that being said, my trusting these people with the dental care of my children should have meant something to them, because I love my children and care about their health.
We recently moved about 30 miles away from this location, which forced me to find a good children's dentistry near my new home and I did. To make a long story short,, I'm so glad I did, because their new dentist found cavities on their teeth which should have been caught by Peachtree Children's Dentistry. Their new dentist even gave them a thorough tutorial in how to correctly brush their teeth, which after speaking to my children I found out that Peachtree never taught them. I will never, ever, ever trust this Dentistry with my children's oral care again. Wish I could have given this place zero stars.
