I've shopped here for many years and haven't had a problem yet with finding good clothes at decent prices. There's a nice variety for everybody and they don't stick to selling only clothes. It's a great place to shop for multiple items on your checklist. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the store has become messy and cluttered. I found myself feeling claustrophobic and struggling to navigate through some areas because of carts and clothing stands unnecessarily taking up space. It seems that they're trying to push sales and get the most product on the floor rather than create an enjoyable shopping experience. Otherwise, the decor is nice and grabs your attention. It's never been messy to the point of feeling dirty which some chain stores have a problem with.

There was a long line to the regular checkout registers by the door. By the jewelry register there was only two people so logically we'd go where other people are checking out CLOTHES there too right? Well the female cashier there said no, its only supposed to be for jewelry checkout. She didn't have the nicest tone (to put it lightly). We only had 3 items. I understand its a Sunday and Sundays are busy, but you are a cashier who gets paid to checkout people. You could've at least had a better attitude or a good explanation as to why you couldn't take us compared to the others that were in line. You lost $70 from us and the $100+ each from the other 30 people you refused service to.

I went here the other day and the shoe department was trashed. The clearance part had shoes everywhere. I tried to look for a matching pair for a shoe I wanted, but couldn’t find it. I still like shopping at any Kohl’s because of the good deals I get.

Wow!! What a horrible experience at the Kohl's in Snellville. Where to begin...I'll start with the good. We have been Kohl's customers for over 15 years and have not had any unfortunate experiences like we did today (Sunday, 11/5/17). My son visited the store today with a friend and selected his clothes and went to check out. The Kohl's card is in his mother's name and the cashier noted this. When the manager was called the manager, John (aka Drew) refused to let him use her card. Now I understand that and can appreciate that they noticed a male teenager was using a card with a female name however, he has used her card NUMEROUS times in the past with no issue. My son explained that was his mother's card and attempted to show Drew his license to show the names and address matched that on the account. Drew refused to look at the information presented to him and he refused to go just one step further to help resolve this. My wife spoke with Drew over the phone and Drew was very unhelpful and short with her. He would not look at her account, that they have easy access to, to see that his information matched that of the account. Drew actually threaten to take actions against his employees if he discovered whom let him use the card in the past. Drew told her that the only way this would be resolved was for her to come to the store, show her ID and she would be allowed to check out. An hour later she arrived at the store to meet with Drew but he conveniently had left the store. My wife was able to finish the transaction with another manager, Stephanie. BUT WAIT ITS NOT OVER....When my wife got home I went on-line to check the account and Kohl's charged my account THREE times for the same amount!!!! They charged the card three times for the same amount within less than a minute and a half. I called the 800 number for Kohl's and spoke with Tony about this. He saw where the charges had been made and agreed that it looked like it was a repeat charge but he would not do anything about it since it was pending. He said I had to go back to the store to void them. I called the store and spoke with Stephanie again and she said she could not void anything because she was showing only one charge for that amount. She said the store was having computer issues and to just wait and see if the charges drop off. Are you kidding, after the NON-customer service of Drew today and then charging my account three times the amount they actually asked me to TRUST them!!! Today was a major failure in customer service for Kohl's. I hate this because we have been customers of theirs for so long.

Just lost me as a long-time Kohl's Customer. I just spent about two hours shopping in the store and found several items that I decided to purchase. Due to items being jumbled and signage being unclear, I used the scanner tool in the Kohl's app to confirm the prices of the items. When I got to the register, the items rang up higher. I showed the cashier the prices the scanner was showing, and the manager came over. She informed me that those prices were good online only. What? Why would the store have different prices than online? What is the point of putting a scanner in the app, then? I'm not scanning the items at home! Completely ridiculous. I then explained that it was giving the option to pick-up in the store for those same prices, and was told that in-store pick-up was handled at customer service and was directed to them. So, I then take my items and wait in line once more for customer service, only to be told that I cannot order in-store pick-up and get the items immediately. Even though I literally handed the woman all of the items from the order, I was told I would have to leave and come back in an hour when "my order was ready"! This is the most asinine policy that I have ever heard of. What an absolute ripoff and a great way to lose customers. I literally just left the items and told them to forget it. I will not be returning to this Kohl's or any other. They clearly do not value their customers' time and are only interested in how they can scam a few extra dollars.
