I called to ask some questions about the flowers we placed on my fathers grave, the man that answered had no sympathy what so ever. He simply said yeah the wind blew it! Just sad! Honestly a little customer service would have been appreciated.

Since we haven't seen the finished project I can't attest to the quality or workmanship at this point. My advice, if you order from them don't pay the full price up front! I'm sure eventually we will get it, but I feel we would have received better service had we only made a down payment.
Ordered headstone through Chuck Wages. Was told 6-8 weeks delivery, it's been going on 12 weeks and no headstone. He always has an excuse, but all those reasons should have been factored into the quoted time frame. Or they should estimate a longer delivery date.
