Wow !! Hot buys is really great and also has Great prices !!! beautiful store and great customer service. Also my money was worth the shopping, i really saved a tons of money thanks to my friend Alicia that recommended me. I also thank the sales guys that took care of me and my husband some Spanish guy forgot his name he was great.
BUYERS BEWARE!! My mom and I visited this store back on April 2, 2017. We dealt with a gentleman by the name of Phil. The furniture in the store is not what you will get delivered to your house. The furniture in the store is very nice and good quality. But, what is delivered to you is cheaply made. The sectional that was delivered is not the same color, fabric, nor quality. I have been waiting to hear from Phil and Larry, but did not get a response. Not only was it not delivered on the day it was scheduled, but one of the recliners is broken already. Come and pick up this sectional, and I want my money back. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.
