Owner old man great guy.Helpful Black man sit outside helps you carry laundry in ,out if you need help.We always throw him a couple bucks for his help.Real safe laundry matt.
It got the job done but it is extremely small and customers kept bumping into each other. Very little seating or work surface but 95%of the machines worked!
Small place but I have been twice and was able to get in and out with no problems. No attendant if you have a problem. Floors need cleaning here but I didn't come for the atmosphere. Clothes came out nice and clean. Plus side is that it is open 24 hours. Convenient.
Since leaving NYC never had to use a laundry mat but my dryer broke down on me. So had to come to do a late night laundry mat. Floor could use a sweeping and mopping but I came dried my 2 loads of laundry and was out in 30 minutes. If the counter is anything like the floor...take your clothes home to fold..
