Called police at 10:22 pm for neighbor slamming car system they came out left then music was louder called again nothing third time police said I called in when im supposed to be annonymoys no charge then the police yelled at me . great job snellville police. I guess I should not have even called.
Called at 4:45pm to see what time they we open until. They said 5:00. When I arrived at 4:55 there was a gentleman standing outside of the door saying that the door was locked. He was holding a baby. I also had my 2 young kids with me. Called again and someone answered the phobe( I'm assuming it was same gentleman that I spoke with before) and he said they closed at 5. I promptly told him it was not 5 yet and he said that according to his clock it was 5. I could see a large TV screen inside the lobby that had the time listed and it clearly said 4:58. I was very disappointed by this because I obviously called to check what time they closed, rushed through traffic, got both my young kids out of the car only to be locked out and told that they were already closed. The gentleman knew we were standing at the door with kids yet he showed no concern or reference for is. You think that the police department would have some grace when they are trying to protect and serve.
I was coming from east atlanta to pic up a police report that I needed for insurance purposes. I called to be sure of the 5:00pm closing time and let the lady on the phone know I was 2 minutes away.
Having an issue with neighbor and their loose dogs. Every time response was helpful and quick. Officers are expert at diffusing negative energy and helpful with working towards a resolution.

We had potential fraudulent activity (identity theft) through the mail. I called in as a non-emergency to see if they had any suggestions and, more so to make note should neighbors on our street have similar reports. The person who took the call was professional and helpful and did not make me feel like I was wasting their time. She sent an Officer to take a report. He showed up less than 10 minutes later, asked all the right questions - and again, made me feel like we did the right thing. He even suggested some excellent resources to help us through the situation.
All I want is for the Snellville Police department to either say we close at 4:45 Or actually lock your doors at 5:00pm. Its better to tell the truth than to annyoy the people you are suppose to be serving.
I got to the station and the first door was open but they had locked the second door at 4:49 I had driven 40 minutes for nuthing.
