Not a place where I would raise my family. But if I had to, then I would the best way I knew how.
Been living here close to a year. I love my home BUT the experienced i had have is that when ever i need to contact the leasing office they never pick up the phone!! I can call 5 times a day with a voicemail and no one calls back besides the not picking up the phone maintaince dont come till 3 months later or so. Not to mention i still waiting for them to fix things around my house since i moved in 8 months ago. I don't get any apologises i don't get a reason why they take so long, if im on some type of waiting list or what. It's really unprofessional of the leasing people for not caring for their residents or new residents. I expected something different.
Called to schedule an appointment. Talked to a chick named christy or Christine. Told me I could at a house that would be ready in a few weeks. I drive an hour in traffic only to be told they have nothing show me. No apologies or anything. I'LL NEVER COME BACK! !!!
Love living here..(16 years) but new staff members are so rude.
