Went to purchase a pair of shoe for my wedding, but they didn't have my Size. The sales person was kind enough to order them from their warehouse and ship them to me. The shipping was fast BUT the pair that I received were used. I was able to return them for full credit & $5 off my next purchase, but still very disappointed.

The shoes were good. This location didn't have my size but the representative called all the locations to check if my size was available, when it was, she had them hold the shoe for me. This place was very helpful in me getting the shoes that I wanted.
Clean and organized, employees were nice and helpful. The selection can be lacking sometimes. But this may also be due to trends, maybe I just don't care for what's out right now.
