I have been shopping at this store for several years and I would not go anyplace else. The service is wonderful, the employees are professional and polite. They will stop what they are doing to answer your questions and if they don't know the answer, they will find someone that does!!!! That's excellent customer service!!!! Thank you all!!!
The pharmacy has the worst customer service. Myself along with three other ladies were standing in line, none of us were acknowledged. There was no we will be right with you or one moment please. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech were talking amongst themselves as if we were there. Finally after 10 mins if us standing there wondering, a customer stepped to the counter and was about to speak when the tech came from the back. He gets right into checking us out without a sorry about the wait. I feel this cannot be the way publix runs their stores, but if it is you need a reality check there are OTHER stores to shop when in need.
Always good service and well stocked as you would expect a major grocery store to be. Great sandwich counter and hot food too!
This store continues to go downhill. Lots of out of dates. Produce department isn't good. Meat department isn't good either. Really disappointed in this store.
We ordered 2 sandwiches online at 5:30 and was told that the order would be ready at 6pm. We arrived at the store around 6:11 and the order wasn't ready so we decided to shop around to give them some time to finish the order. Fast forward to 6:30 and the order still isn't ready and the workers are clearly under pressure, confused and snapping at each other because of how busy it was and the fact that there was not enough of them working at the deli. We would have given them the benefit of the doubt but we saw another online order that wasn't meant to be ready until 6:45 come out before ours. We did not receive our order until 6:53. I understand that things happen and sometimes it gets busy but it was really unorganized and unprofessional and I don't think I'll be coming back to this location for anything.
